I have managed to write the commenting portion of the engine, and it is fully operational, as you can see on the comment below.

The system is shaping up to be quite nice to configure, and the ability to move things on a whim is really, really nice.

Its not too much to look at, but there will be more content coming soon. The entire system is run off of a new module system which I am currently developing.
