New Home, Framework & Grid Design
So it's been a while since I last blogged, and there are several reasons. One being it took some time to get settled in to my new place here in Austin. Another being that I purely have been to preoccupied with how much cooler Austin is than Topeka, where I was living before.

I have also been formulating a couple new personal projects, in addition to the rework of the framework I spoke about a while back. The rework is coming along and I've begun to consider things as hooks to allow modules in the framework to communicate with one another when an event occurs (within the constraints of php and the framework). I also came up with a way to allow comments within the parsing engine (something which I had been struggling with because of the way in which the parser replaces text.

Recently I have also been taking time out to get reacquainted with certain design principals which I have been either not had the time to look at, not ever really worried about, or just plain was resistant to try because of the implications of not being good at something (frustrating as it is, occasionally one must reinvent himself with a totally different idea adapted to fit personal style). I have been also reading a ton more blogs than I used to, mainly on design, but some on coding as well.

If you have a site that might be interesting to take a look at, I invite you to post it in the comments here, along with what you like about it, and maybe we can get a share started.

Thats about it for now, I realize this post was a little bit unorganized but it really should have been about 7 posts.
